For the minimal loft-style design, polished cement worked in old-fashioned style and modern, eco-friendly, luxury materials were used; the quiet indulgence is palpable. The dreamy outdoor area includes a bar, pool terraces, a counter-current pool and a jacuzzi, while the factory still lives in the design, with a piece of machinery becoming a modern sculpture.
