The reservation will be confirmed after the 1st payment of 50%. The balance 50% is due 60 days before check-in date.
In case the booking is made 60 days or less before the arrival date, then 100% payment must be done at the time of the reservation. Security deposit 7000 on the arrival. Security deposit is fully refundable if no damages are done to the property, at the latest 14 days after check-out.
In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
