For three months each year, the property is made available for private rental, combining exclusive hospitality with the preservation of its unique legacy. The estate is managed in partnership with the Benaki Museum experts in authentic retreats.

In Patrick Leigh Former House, you have a selection of various set menus for your lunch and dinner made with locally sourced ingredients. Some of the plates were Patrick's favorite ones, and all of them could be served either in the dining area of the house or on the beautiful stoned veranda. Pets are allowed upon request. A service fee of ?25 per stay per pet will be applied. Two pets allowed per stay. Service includes Deep and allergic cleaning upon check out, Pet mattress, Food and Water Dish Bowl. Pets up to 10kg are accepted. Vaccination certificate of the pet is required upon check in.
To confirm your reservation, a 30% deposit of the total accommodation cost is required. The remaining 70% must be settled 9 weeks prior to your check-in date. 30% Deposit paid upon confirmation is nonrefundable. Less than 63-43 days prior to confirmed arrival date: 60% of total stay is charged. Less than 42-29 days prior to confirmed arrival date: 80% of total stay is charged. Late cancellations, No show fee, departure prior or arrival after the confirmed dates: 100% of total accommodation charges or remaining accommodation balance. Accounts can be settled by credit card or bank deposits.
Additional charges (50% of the daily rate) apply to early check-in / late check-out. A minimum stay of 4 nights is required.
A damage deposit of 800 Euro is required upon check-in, full refundable on the day of departure.
In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
