Open plan kitchen (gas) with a ceiling fan / indoor dinnig table, sits 10 & guest WC /  Living room with adjoining office space

Two fireplaces (one in the dining room and one in the sitting room)

Lower level:

Guest bedroom with twin beds with en suite bathroom – Although located on the lower floor it has its advantages being pleasantly cool in the summer.

Playroom with a wide pull-down screen, and a Carom table (French Billiard )

Secondary House: sleeps 6 guests

Attic guest double futon (1,50 x 2,00) bedroom with a double high ceiling 

overlooks the pool with small living room with an en suite bathroom upper part with a double futon bed

Guest double bedroom: (1,50 x 2) with a double high ceiling. lower area has a sofa bed and an en suite bathroom.

Independent guest bedroom: twin beds en suite bathroom and access to the pool area.

By car from Athens: 2.5-3 hours drive from Athens & 10 min sea-taxi By boat (Flying Cat/Dolphin): 1,5-3 hours Closest port/main village: Dapia, 5-10 min walk

Old Harbour: 15 min walk

Closest beach: Agios Mamas 3 min walk, Agios Nikolaos: 7 min walk and various more beaches by bicycle, motorbike, bus, boat, or a more traditional horse driven coach.
