50% deposit - 50% balance one month prior to arrival. All received deposits are final and non-refundable in case of cancellation by the guests. 3 nights/low season, 5 nights/mid-season, 7 nights/high season.
Extra persons are allowed only upon request/extra charge. Children are welcome. A high chair/baby cot in all rooms comes at an extra charge of 50 EUR per child. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Pets are upon request. Events/use of property for other than accommodation purposes (production, filming, etc.) are allowed only upon request and prior approval.
