Jane is only rented on a monthly basis ( 30 nights minimum stay).
A 2,000.00 security deposit per week is required.
To confirm your reservation, a 40% deposit of the total accommodation cost is required. The remaining 60% must be settled eight weeks prior to your check-in date.
In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
