Complimentary transfers from/ to port or airport with the Villa's Luxury minivan. A 20% deposit of the total accommodation amount, non-refundable, is required at the time of booking to be confirmed. An additional deposit 30% of the total accommodation amount, non-refundable, is required 30 days before arrival. The remaining 50% of the total accommodation amount will be settled 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. For any cancellation received up to 31 days prior to the arrival date, a penalty of 20% will be applied. For any cancellation made between 30 days to 15 days, 50% of the stay is charged. For any cancellation, non-show, or early departure made between 14 days to 0 days, 100% of the stay is charged. Non-shows or early departures will be charged in full on a non-refundable basis. In case of modification/ reduction of overnights past the cancellation deadlines, a penalty equal to 50% or 100% per cancelled night will apply. Stay dates change within the cancellation policy are considered as cancellation and re-booking and, as such, are subject to a cancellation penalty.
