It is always a pleasure to find a house on Paros that has so much charm and character. This villa exudes both those and on top of that, enjoys possibly the finest views on Paros over to the Gulf of Naoussa, Naxos, Mykonos (on a good day, one can see Ikaria), and perhaps the best view one can have in the north of the island. The house spreads over 3 levels following the contours of the hillside, and offer simple, slightly bohemian comfort and an easy, unsophisticated lifestyle for 4 couples or a family of 10. Nature is close by watch the hawks wheeling around the sky, hike the path to the monastery of St Andrea, and revel in the 300-degree views of the sea and the mountains. Verandas surround the house on all sides, and ancient groves of olive, cypress, carob, and almond offer shade and greenery, while the wild aromatic plants such as thyme, sage, rosemary, and oregano perfume the air.

Some steepish drops by the entrance mean that small children should be supervised. Access: a 4x4 is preferable but not mandatory.
To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit of the total accommodation cost is required. The remaining 50% must be settled eight weeks prior to your check-in date.
In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
