Security Deposit is up to 20% of the total accommodation cost and is required 8 weeks before guests arrive.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
A 30% deposit is required to book the villa. This deposit is non-refundable. The 70% final payment is due 8 weeks before arrival. If you cancel less than 8 weeks before arrival the full rental value is not refundable. For Bookings confirmed less than 8 weeks prior to the arrival date a 100%payment is required.
