Being one of the oldest houses of Patmos, entering seven bedroom villa Prime is like stepping into another dimension

Situated at the heart of the Chora, just opposite the Mayor’s Office, this time-honored mansion is undoubtedly the epitome of uniqueness when experiencing the spirituality of Patmos and immersing in Greek heritage. Adhering to the typical Patmian architecture, the villa supports a monastery layout dissevered into two distinct units. The left one consists of three twin bedrooms along with two private bathrooms on the ground floor, while the upper level shares a fully equipped kitchen, an open plan living and dining area, as well as a double bedroom with a bathroom and a cozy attic suitable for kids. The right unit, attached by an amazing veranda-bridge, displays a kitchen on the ground level, while upstairs there is a living room and three more bedrooms. Inside out, the house exudes an unprecedented ambience with respect to the local cultural norm, being at the same time updated to meet contemporary expectations. “Krevata” style beds, small traditional windows serving as wall paintings, wooden floors and beams, exposed stone arches and picturesque terraces accent the magical setting and pledge a once in a lifetime experience.
